CNH Industrial is seeking candidates to join our Case IH Sales & Marketing Rotational Development Program in June 2023. The Case IH Sales & Marketing Rotational Development Program (RDP) provides employees with the unique opportunity to rotate through 8 departments within our organization, during the two-year program, gaining a broad understanding of how our teams work together to support our business while exploring potential future career paths. The program is structured as eight, 3-month rotations. 

 

The RDP offers the opportunity to explore careers paths and gain a broad view of the CNH Industrial Sales & Marketing organization. Sales, Marketing, Parts, Capital Finance, Network Development and Product Training are just a few examples of the options for rotations. Employees will receive valuable training on key programs, systems, and skills, as well as coaching and mentoring from CNH Industrial leaders that will help them grow and develop as they explore career options within the CNH Industrial Sales & Marketing organization. 

 

Each rotation helps employees build a strong foundation of skills including financial analysis, accounting, problem solving, project management, and process improvements. 

Responsibilities

  • Support key tasks and projects within each department you are assigned to, including commercial marketing, product training, and parts.  
  • Examples include: 
  • Prepare presentations, as needed 
  • Support projects and critical initiatives related to topics, such as sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions, including special projects with other members of the RDP team. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies. 
  • Working with data and business systems 
  • Product management: Learn product lifecycle management, participate in business-critical product launches 
  • Marketing communications: 
  • Regional marketing activities 
  • Event activation and on-site support 
  • Campaign execution and reporting 
  • Parts & Service: Help foster channel parts program adoption and brand loyalty, warranty and service program administration, liaison with technical support and other departments within CNH Industrial   
  • Channel velocity (sales) 
  • Commercial operations 
  • Precision product management and support 
  • Gain a complete understanding of Case IH’s business units and processes in North America

 

 

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $87,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on several factors including skills, experience and qualifications for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in, Business, Agriculture, Marketing or similar (Degree must be completed prior to start of program) 
  • Willingness to relocate to Racine, WI
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time to visit dealers and customers in North America

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills 
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through extracurricular activities or work experience 
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
