Responsibilities

As a Product Manager for AGXTEND, you'll be responsible for scouting, developing, and implementing innovative solutions and ensure the proper commercial and technical roll out with our partners.  You'll work with a team to definte the product roadmap for new products and innovative solutions.

  • Contribute in scouting for innovative Solutions in the Precision Solutions Area
    • Support the definition of products specifications for product development (Product roadmap, deploying the integration process, organizing the roll out together with Partners and commercial teams)
    • Coordination with sales field team and with Product Marketing Managers EMEA to define and implement the latest and most powerful solutions to increase the efficiency and sustainability of farming operation in EMEA
    • Analyze competitor activities, evaluating their marketing, advertising, and sales campaigns
    • Take part in Market research studies, analysis of the results (forecast future, market activity and consumer trends, primary consumer research, identify new market opportunities)
  • Coordinate Initial market testing and feedbacks including Quality assurance
    • Develop, Organize and support the Execution of trainings for internals and dealer specialists
    • Participate in presentations at local & regional events
    • Supply input to the local teams to ensure that innovative solutions can sell the specific solution
    • Support the preparation of commercial training material.
  • Coordinate product calibration including Re-design and re-definition of product and business model based on market feedbacks.
    • Organize the successful solution commercializing from innovation into application
    • Specification/positioning of new products
    • Conducting of benchmark and competition analysis
    • Annual Marketing Plan development
  • Coordinate Volumes ramp up and supplier development.
    • Exploring brand integration and factory fit opportunity.
    • Support Sales and Service teams during ramp up period inclusive support for Events
    • Preparation of a tailored product presentation for CNH products and for main competitors
    • Definition of market launch activities
    • Coordination with Central Marketing: Parts, Brands, Training, purchasing and others
    • Achievement of Market Targets

Position Pays $88,000 to $127,000. This position is eligible for the company bonus plan (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Agriculture/Agronomy or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with Precision Farming or IOT products.
