The Field Service Manager at CNH Industrial will provide hands-on support to Dealer Service Staff at key dealership locations across We are looking for someone with technical proficiency who is customer-friendly and possesses strong understanding of the industry.

 

The ideal location for this position is in Quebec. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with dealers and region team to drive best practice behaviors related to Service capability
  • Engage dealer principal, service management and all levels of the business team to improve service growth, profitability and absorption through training and promoting service standard methodologies
  • Gain Dealer alignment on targeted reinvestment into facilities, assets and personnel to enhance support capability by product segment (Dealer contracts)
  • Promote customer satisfaction, market share growth and retention by continuously driving toward a best in class dealer network
  • Ensure technical support capabilities within Dealerships by promoting focused training requirements and driving outstanding service technician quality to support products sold
  • Provide Dealers with technical assistance and ensure available technical resources are applied (THD, eTIM, eWarranty, Special Tools, Etc.) to promote expedited repairs and customer satisfaction
  • Assist Dealers in maintaining required and accurate warranty documentation to ensure effective and ethical warranty recovery practices
  • Assist dealers with warranty and out of warranty concerns
  • Coordinate and supervise financial support dollars for assigned territory
  • Ensure Dealer Product Improvement Programs (PIP’s) are completed
  • Quantify and supervise emerging product concerns on territory and follow up on to ensure proactive resolution to positively affect customer satisfaction
  • Manage and report Dealer and Customer interactions proactively as part of developing enhanced product support
  • Support Corporate and Dealer product support events and farm shows

This position is also eligible for a company vehicle.

The salary offered for this position will most likely fall between $76,000 and $95,000 annually. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five (5) years of experience in dealer service operations and/or relevant agricultural or construction equipment experience, OR
  • Associates' Degree and seven (7) years' of experience in dealer service operations and/or relevant agricultural or construction equipment experience, OR
  • HS Diploma and ten (10) years' of experience in dealer service operations and/or relevant agricultural or construction equipment experience 
  • Must have at least one (1) year experience with hydraulic and electrical diagnostics or troubleshooting
  • Ability to travel about 75%
  • Must speak both English and French.
