The Document Management Associate is responsible for organizing and distributing daily mail and correspondence, managing the receipt of company documents and imaging documents into our document retention system.   

 

This position will work out of the New Holland, PA office, in-office 5 days per week. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the daily mail is received, sorted, and distributed to all internal parties timely and accurately
  • Organize and prep contract and payment correspondence for retention
  • Operate data capture technology to import contract and payment documents into our document retention system, review images and apply redaction as necessary in accordance with our retention policies
  • Work closely with our Contract and Payment Processing departments and will flex to assist those departments as workload and volumes require
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software
  • Ability to adapt to new systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to complete individual assignments while meeting overall team objectives
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of critical thinking

The annual salary for this role is $48,000-$70,400 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of banking, financial data entry, or administrative experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours inclusive of overtime and Saturdays as business needs require

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Associates Degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • 2+ years Data Capture device experience
