The Technical Support Specialist – Precision Farming provides precision and digital system technical support to CNH Dealers, and employees. You will be a team member within the North American Product Support organization. These Teams have three primary roles within the broader Dealer & Customer Support organization:  Provide expert technical advice to dealership personnel and CNH Industrial Field Service people; help improve reliability and serviceability of CNH Industrial products; author and maintain service information and solutions into internal knowledge  database for Dealers to reference.

 

This position could be fully remote or hybrid based at any of our existing CNH locations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer general inquires related to setup and operation of Precision Aftermarket Solutions
  • Build solutions and troubleshoot technical concerns on products and systems using electronic test equipment and the interpretation of fault codes
  • Apply procedures and settings related to equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, as well as hydraulic, electrical and application performance
  • Adopt the practice of delivering a positive customer / dealer experience by closely working with technical support teams, field sales managers and regional service managers on urgent issue.
  • Engage with the right people to troubleshoot the problems to quickly answer technical questions from CNHI dealers, customers, or from CNH field service personnel using personal knowledge, experience, and available reference sources
  • Build and maintain Technical Documents and Knowledge Articles for the use of both our customer/technicians in the field and Internal Personnel
  • Improve reliability of CNH products
  • Train on current agricultural operational developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and working with dealership technicians.
  • Other responsibilities assigned to give to the success of the team and company

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of precision farming or technical experience with mobile equipment; OR
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent 5+ years of precision or technical experience with mobile equipment experience; OR
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience and 7+ years of precision technical experience with mobile equipment experience.
  • At least one year of daily working experience with Microsoft Office products, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically 10%

Annual base salary range for this role is $61,125 - $89,650 USD  (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
