The Director of Network Development is a pivotal role for the CASE Construction organization, responsible for owning the network strategy and the Case Construction sales channel.  



  • Develop long term strategic plan for the CASE Dealer Network Evaluate and develop long term distribution strategies to align with changing markets
  • Work across CNH brands to ensure alignments are developed where to best support the channel
  • Collaboratively a work within the CASE Brand senior leadership team to develop, monitor and improve KPIs of the dealer channel
  • Continue to optimize and implement comprehensive dealer standards that improves the brand position within the dealer channel and provides clarity for dealers on expectations for being a CASE dealer in North America
  • Serves as a liaison to Legal department concerning any issues related to dealer contracts management
  • Serves as a liaison to the Dealer Advisory Board
  • Governs multiple aspects of the Dealer network including, but not limited to:
    • New Dealer Approval
    • Merger & Acquisitions
    • Dealer Expansion
    • Sales & Service Market Revisions
    • Majority & Minority Ownership Changes
    • Product Line additions or removals
  • Leads Dealer agreement and negotiations (i.e. Sales and Service Agreement, Market Development Agreements, Data Sharing Agreement, etc.)
  • Owns the Dealer performance review process
  • Collaborates with CNH Capital on dealer network wholesale credit issues
  • Supports Monthly Operating Review (MOR) Actions
  • Leads the Network Development Department
  • Leads Development of Dealership Standards
  • Facilitates dealer visits with Senior Leadership


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.)
  • At least 10 years of proven experience in Network Development.
  • At least 5 years of mergers and acquisitions experience. 
  • Travel a minimum of 50%.

The annual salary for this role is $161,000 - $247,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
