Summary
The Senior Test Engineer will develop, maintain, and update test plans for new features and regression tests. This role will execute testing to demonstrate the quality of CNHs technology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate test requirements, based on specifications, standard procedures, and internal/external requirements. Develop test plans and procedures.
• Execute and document tests.
• Operate agricultural vehicle and implements to execute test plans.
• Work closely with the development to identify areas of risk and generate mitigation plans to ensure coverage for areas of risk.
• Prepare reports of testing data, evaluate, and provide recommendations based on findings. Lead or contribute input for improvements.
• Understand and build product systems to replicate end user application in a benchtop test environment.
• Keep abreast of new developments in the fields of software development, methods, and applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific skills, proficiencies, and knowledge in field related to position, as identified by department leadership.
• High level of service skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques is preferred.
• Well-developed problem analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency with a computer, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Team player who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
• Travel may be necessary, based on position.

Annual base salary range for this position is $88,000-$110,000 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
