Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced materials planner/expeditor to join our World Material Flow (WMF) team. The main function of this role is to support international CNH Industrial production facilities by liaising with and expediting material from the company’s North American supply base.
The WMF Materials Planner is responsible for supplier communications and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth supply of parts to overseas production facilities. In this role, you will support and interact directly with production planners in Europe, South America, and Asia. This role involves communicating with suppliers, as well as with receiving, consolidation, and transportation partners regarding the plants’ material requirements and instructions. You will use the CNH Industrial Supplier Portal, SharePoint, Excel-based tools, and data analytics tools to evaluate plants’ material requirements and minimum needs. You will be responsible for collecting and following up on shipping promises and resolving order exceptions, as well as detecting any risks to production plans. You will monitor KPIs every week, and should be able to proactively adjust your methods, and target supplier and plant improvements.
