The IT Technical Site Lead will manage the local delivery and support of all IT products and services to users at CNH Industrial sites whom use CNH Industrial systems and application services and have responsibility for implementation and management of IT innovations and/or technologies that span the NAFTA region.

 

This position is responsible to manage NAFTA IT End User Services at a CNH Industrial site(s) in the North American region. The position will be located in Cameron, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Working in a cross functional role collaborating with IT Infrastructure, Security teams and other functional IT areas in order to absorb functional business demands, translate to the technical team and deliver in a transparent way.
  • Support IT business application integration and implementation within the sites responsible.
  • Supporting and developing technology/strategies to support customer and IT needs for the region.
  • Managing one or more technology platforms that support all IT customers within the region.
  • Managing processes for the IT team to ensure that all IT products and services meet or exceed committed service level agreements and customer expectations.
  • Aligning with key business leaders to facilitate communications and service delivery between IT and the business community.
  • Supporting the integrated IT environment globally helping in defining global standards.
  • On call 24x7 to address both planned and unplanned IT outages and upgrades - Reasonable expectations for work life balance.

This position pays: $72,000 – $86,400 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

  • College Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 5 or more years of IT experience in a variety of IT Customer Service and Technology Management areas.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following IT technologies or disciplines with demonstrated ability and experience managing at a regional (Preferred) or site level with a significant installation.
  • Microsoft SCCM, Office 365 Tenant Management, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, VDI, Antivirus
  • Service Desk
  • Telecommunications
  • PC Fleet Management / Asset Management
  • Collaboration & Conference Room systems
  • Executive Support Services
  • Network Management
