The Communications Specialist reports to the New Holland North America Brand Communications Manager. This diverse role incorporates diverse skills across PR & communications, digital and traditional marketing, and data analytics. You will assist the team in coordinating tactical executions, trafficking projects and ensuring execution at a high level of integrity. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day internal and external communications needs of the New Holland brand, while also acting as an assistant project manager responsible for implementing marketing strategies which contribute to the New Holland’s growth in North America.
This role will be encouraged to collaborate with cross-functional external and internal teams, including upper management, and initiate proactive, streamlined, and consistent communication with internal and external collaborators to increase awareness of corporate marketing initiatives. They is responsible for working optimally with both agency and internal teams to deliver projects that drive company results following established strategic objectives, timelines and budget goals. They should thrive under pressure and be available to travel.

The annual salary for this role is $62,000 - $83,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
