Responsibilities:- Expanding the library of virtual crops used to simulate the operation of Hay & Forage equipment such as round balers and disc mowers. - Equipment simulations are used to predict capacity, power efficiency, losses and crop quality which leads to design optimization.- Performing measurements of physical and mechanical plant properties, processing the resulting data, and incorporating those values into simulations of both the plant and equipment. - Simulations will be performed in Discrete Element Modeling (DEM) computer software. - Exposure to other aspects of the product development cycle by attending multi-functional team meetings, participating in field testing of CNH products, and spending time with design and test engineers.
